Construction was started March 15, 2011 and the winery opened on November 15, 2011.  The following photos represent a snapshot of the construction process.  Junction Rivers Winery was designed using environmental concepts including building with Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP).  Currently there is a rain water collection system with plans to install solar panels and wind generators. We know that we cannot change the world ... but... we can have an impact on the world around us.
